At Police Enlightenment and Collective Education (P.E.A.C.E.), we believe that officer wellness and community wellness go hand in hand. That’s why we proudly partner with We Create The Peace, a nonprofit organization reimagining the future of community–law enforcement relations through youth engagement, mindfulness, and connection.

While our training programs focus on equipping officers with tools for resilience, stress reduction, and emotional intelligence, We Create The Peace brings that work into the community—starting with our youngest citizens. Their signature initiative, the P.E.A.C.E. Pep Rally, delivers yoga, guided meditation, and movement-based activities in schools, creating powerful shared experiences between students and officers.

Together, we’re bridging the gap between departments and neighborhoods—supporting wellness from the inside out.
